How to Access GOA NG Cloud

Summary:

• The Nextgen Cloud RDP desktop is a virtual computer that has Nextgen installed on it.
• This computer is accessible from anywhere in the world.

NOTE:

• Credentials will be provided to you via email

Process:

Connect to Cloud NextGen RDP

• Download and save the RDP icon (120154 RDG Prod (GOA).RDP) to your desktop.
  • The RDP was emailed, but you can also download the icon from this article from the attachments section at the bottom.
    
    
  • Double Click on the RDP icon to launch it
  • Enter your newly reset credentials
    
    

Password Reset

• The password you received needs to be reset prior to accessing the NG Cloud for the first time.
  • Navigate to: https://rdg120154.nextgenmcs.com
  • from there click on “Click Here to reset your password”
    
    
  • In the new page, enter your provided user name and password and enter a NEW password (8 character length, Capital, Lowercase, number, and special character)
    
    
  • If it worked correctly, the page should now state “Your password has been successfully Changed”
